Southern Cross Swimming Club is a Swimming Queensland (SQ) Affiliated Club. All swimmers training at SCSC MUST be registered with Swimming Queensland. ALL Registrations MUST be via the Swimming Australia Online Registration system. Please ensure you are familiar with the SCSC Membership Terms & Conditions.
As a financial member of SCSC you:
Southern Cross Swimming Club welcomes new swimmers to our club. New members can register at any time, however please speak to the Coaching Staff first, to ensure there is a place available for your swimmer in the squad.New members are required to register as soon as they have been accepted into squad. NB: It is encouraged, but not essential, to be doing squad at the SCSC pool. Members may train at a pool that has no club or just take part in Club Nights without doing squad.
Steps to Membership with SCSC:
Transfering from another Club is a straightforward process. You will need to know your Swim Australia Member number, which can be found on your MyLANE profile, or ask your current Registrar or Race Secretary. If parents are registered, you will also need to provide their Member Number/s also. Unless otherwise instructed, we will request transfer for all Registered members of the family.
How to Transfer to SCSC:
All swimmers participating in squad must be registered as full financial members. The Registration Fees includes SQ, SAL and regional (BSA) affiliations fees, insurance and GST & a Club Fee component.

This table lists annual membership costs, which include SCSC membership, Brisbane Swimming, Swimming Queensland, and Swimming Australia affiliation fees, insurance, and GST.
The registration category applicable is that of the age of the swimmer on the day of registration, regardless of when the swimmer ages up.
NB: SAL charge a 1.5% card processing fee on all Online transactions and a 2.5% Administration Fee on Manual transactions.
